Why do you use insects in Entoma pet food ?

Insects are one of the best alternative proteins to traditional meat. Not only do they have excellent nutritional quality, but their production also wastes much less on our precious natural resources such as water and natural spaces. Finally, they emit far less greenhouse gases, do not require pesticides or synthetic molecules.

What type of insects are found in Entoma’s recipes ?

The insect meat used is made from mealworm and larvae from black soldier fly of the species Hermetia Illucens, both are bred on specialized farms and fed a unique mixture from local sources and valuing human waste (leftover cereal, fruit and vegetables).

Do you use whole insects?

We do not use whole insects but insect flour. To obtain this raw material, insect larvae are subjected to several stages of transformation: drying, lipid separation by pressing, transformation into flour and finally conditioning.

Why change my pet's diet?

For too long, our pets' food bowls have been filled with poor quality industrial meat. We rarely know where it comes from, how it is made, or what impact it has on the environment.

Our recipe replaces conventional animal meat with insect proteins. Their production uses few of our precious natural resources and requires no growth hormones or antibiotics.

Where can I buy Entoma petfood ?

Our pet food are available directly online on our secure platform. They are also available in some specialized stores in the European Union area, and in Asia (see on "Where to find us" page).

DELIVERY & PAYMENT

What are your delivery times?

We deliver within a maximum period of 2 to 5 days via La Poste, and GLS. After your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to be able to track your delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in European Union area (metropolis), the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and other eastern Europe countries upon demand.

What if I'm not home?

Deliveries are handled by LaPoste and its partners. Your parcel tracking number is communicated to you in order to organise your delivery in the best way.

Is there a delivery charge?

Shipping costs are calculated depending on the distance to be travelled for a maximum of 5 EUR in France or equivalent in local currency and a maximum of 8,50 EUR in the European Union or equivalent in local currency, per order, for standard shipping and it is free from 50 EUR ordered.

What are the payment methods available?

For security reasons, payments are made only online, by credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal.

SUBSCRIPTION

How does the subscription work?

When you choose your product you have the possibility to choose to subscribe to the product (with 15% discount) by choosing the frequency you want. You will then automatically receive your products according to the periodicity you have chosen.
